Assistance programs and incentives
Down payment assistance programs and builder incentives are run by third parties. Their terms, funding and eligibility change without notice, and we describe them only with the conditions attached.
The $1,000 closing-cost credit
The $1,000 is a credit toward your closing costs, provided by HomeStart Brokerage LLC when you purchase with HomeStart Brokerage LLC as your buyer's agent. It is not a payment to you, it is not available on a transaction closed with another brokerage, and it is subject to lender approval and applicable law.
